The hotel room was reasonably spacious and cozy, had a flat-screen TV, coffee/tea makers, and a seating area. The staff was very good and courteous, they showed us what excellent service is supposed to be like.
The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

The location is perfect for those seeking a serene getaway amidst natural surroundings. Wake up to the sounds of chirping birds and a view of the breathtaking surroundings. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that guests are comfortable and taken care of. The food is outstanding with a variety of options to cater to different preferences and tastes.
Some maintenance work is needed to fix loose fittings in the doors of the rooms. It can be challenging to locate the hotel without the help of GPS due to a lack of signages.

The location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The staff, led by Gaurav, were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even helped guide us to the hotel when we had trouble finding it. We were truly impressed by their patience and dedication. The rooms were great, with a soothing view from the windows. The hotel had many additional amenities such as a beautiful lawn, birdhouse, and outdoor seating area. The food at the in-house restaurant was exceptional, offering a great taste that we couldn't find elsewhere. it was a perfect place for a family getaway, with a playing area and even a rare fireplace in the family suite. We highly recommend spending some time here, whether for a romantic escape or with your loved ones.
The road to the hotel was a bit challenging to navigate, and the hotel may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. However, we still highly recommend this hotel to families for a memorable stay.

Located in a charming area, with a garden that is well-maintained and pleasant to relax in. The staff is polite and friendly, and the local cuisine is worth trying. Some rooms come with unique decor and spacious bathrooms.
The lack of cleanliness in some areas like walls and bedsheets can be a letdown for travelers who prefer hygiene as a top priority.

During my recent stay at Cottages @ Village, I had an exceptional experience. The location was perfect, providing breathtaking views from the room. The gardens were well-maintained and added to the overall ambiance. The highlight of my stay was the fresh and delicious home-cooked food prepared by the talented Chef Ishwari. Every meal was a delight under the open sky. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The small trail leading to the back side of Nauckuchiatal lake was a hidden gem that I highly recommend exploring. I had a cozy and enjoyable time with my family.
Despite minor issues such as a bathroom smell and the lack of a mirror in the room, my stay at Cottages @ Village was exceptional. I would like to suggest improvements in terms of understaffing, a more hospitable approach from the hotel, and a more flexible breakfast menu.
